What is airRVandB?
AirRVandB combines the fun of RV living, the hospitality of a Bed and Breakfast, with the excitement of New York City.
How does it work?
With airRVandB, you choose the style of RV you want. Then you let us know what neighborhood you want to enjoy. Before your arrival, we locate on street parking and park your RV in whatever neighborhood you selected. You will be given an individual code to access your RV for the duration of your stay.
Where do you park the RV?
We find legal street parking for all our RVs, obeying all posted signage. NYC Traffic Law 4-08(m)(8) allows for a Recreational Vehicle to be legally parked within New York City for up to 24 hours.
Will my RV be towed while I'm away from it?
NYC Traffic Law 4-08(m)(8) allows for a Recreational Vehicle to be legally parked within New York City for up to 24 hours. Should you elect a more permanent stay, we also offer more fixed accommodations.
Will my belongings be safe?
All our RVs are equipped with secure locking doors and windows as well as a bolted sentry safe.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is based upon street sweeping times and other posted signage. If a late checkout is requested, there is an additional charge equal to the Street Sweeping ticket which may be incurred. In some areas, Checkout time depend on local regulations. We can not accommodate late checkout on No Standing designated streets.
Will my RV have a bathroom?
Yes. All RVs have a fully functioning bathroom., with toilet and shower stall. Our staff cleans each RV after each visit.
Will my RV have the amenities of a hotel room?
Each RV is equipped to be as comfortable as a modern hotel room. Most models offer a full size bed, shower stall, toilet, heat, air conditioning and other amenities.
I'll be in New York City for more than one day, can I stay in multiple locations during my visit?
Yes! We encourage visitors to experience new areas of the city each day. Just let us know where you would like to stay each night and we can find a spot for you.
